You are being considered for a sensitive position with Technology Resource Experts, LLC
(“TREXPERTS”). This position involves highly sensitive and/or classified work that TREXPERTS has
been contracted to perform for the US Government. Placement in such a position will require
obtaining and maintaining a background investigation and a polygraph examination conducted by
the US Government.
To obtain a security clearance, a background investigation and possible a polygraph examination
will be conducted by the U. S. Government. The scope of the background investigation and/or
polygraph varies with the level of the clearance being sought. The clearance process is designed
to allow the government to assess whether a candidate is sufficiently trustworthy to be granted
access to classified information.
The ultimate determination of whether the granting or continuing of eligibility for a security
clearance is clearly consistent with the interests of national security must be an overall
common sense determination based upon careful consideration of the following, each of which is
to be evaluated in the context of the whole person:

• Personal Conduct
• Financial Considerations
• Alcohol Consumption
• Drug Involvement

the criteria listed above, you may request a personal interview with a member of TREXPERTS’s
Security Office for guidance. Otherwise, please continue to the Security Pre-Screen
Questionnaire on the next page.

used solely for the purposes of determining clearance suitability and eligibility and will be
reviewed only by those persons in the TREXPERTS security office involved in clearance
processing. Responding to the questions on this form is entirely VOLUNTARY. However,
failure to complete the form or any parts of it could result in the delay in clearance
processing or may disqualify you as a candidate.
